Chaopraya Mahanakorn Public Co., Ltd. or “CMC Group” was first established on 26 April 1994 with a 5 million baht initial registered capital by the Pattayanunt family under the administration of Wichian Pattayanunt, MD. About this position

Position for Assistant Secretary/Secretary, welcoming new graduates. The role involves planning and organizing meetings, managing schedules, coordinating tasks between departments, maintaining and organizing data and documents, supporting personnel, and other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize meetings, set agendas, record meeting minutes, and report meeting outcomes.
• Manage executive schedules and meeting calendars.
• Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by executives to departments and report outcomes (both internally and externally).
• Maintain and organize internal and external data and documents related to various projects and businesses.
• Manage personal information, including personal activities of executives.
• Coordinate and support personnel within the organization.
• Perform other tasks assigned by executives.

Requirements

• Female, aged 23 and above.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
• Skilled in negotiation, prioritization, with good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Willing to learn, open to new things, and adaptable in performing tasks.
