About this position

The Assistant Manager/Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, providing advice on work processes, closing accounting books, and participating in various meetings and assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check the accuracy and completeness of monthly accounting records
• Verify the consistency of accounting records and the characteristics of accounting items
• Provide advice on work processes, accounting records, and resolving various issues
• Close accounting books according to accounting cycles
• Report various accounting matters, answer questions, or resolve issues for Internal Audit
• Attend various meetings and other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in financial closing
• Good knowledge of tax management and tax administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage subordinate teams, provide advice to employees and subordinates while considering the organization's goals
• Experience in Cleaning/Wellness/Hotel/Property business is a plus
