About this position

Position: āļŠāđˆāļēāļ‡āļ›āļĢāļ°āļˆāļģāļ­āļēāļ„āļēāļĢ (āļ›āļĢāļ°āļˆāļģāđ‚āļ„āļĢāļ‡āļāļēāļĢ āđ€āļĄāđ€āļˆāļ­āļĢāđŒ āļĢāļąāļŠāđ‚āļĒāļ˜āļīāļ™). Responsibilities include managing PM, MA, OM Service systems, controlling and inspecting maintenance within the building, planning various systems within the building, repairing and maintaining public utility systems and various repairs within the building, managing and maintaining various areas orderly, and other assigned tasks. Qualifications include being at least 23 years old, having a diploma or higher in a related field, having at least 1 year of experience in building systems, being able to work in shifts and on weekends, having a high sense of responsibility, and being able to maintain order in emergency situations.
