About this position

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary goal will be to elevate sales performance to exceed targets while upholding the unparalleled standards of customer satisfaction synonymous with our esteemed brand. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating sales opportunities and pipelines exclusively at our luxurious showroom in Thonglor.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and surpass established targets, preserving the prestige of our esteemed brand.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels.
• Provide exceptional service to customers across all touchpoints including Showroom, Call-In, and Social Media platforms at our luxurious showroom in Thonglor.
• Collaborate with the team to curate an elegant and inviting showroom atmosphere that embodies the essence of Waterworks by CHANINTR.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales or customer service preferred, with a keen understanding of the discerning needs of luxury clientele.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined ability to engage and connect with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and grace under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
• Proficiency in leveraging various sales channels and technologies to drive engagement and sales.
• Ability to work on a shift-based work schedule, with 8 days off per month plus public holidays.
