The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for solving technical problems of vehicles in the Thai market, providing on-site service, and offering technical training to dealers.
Responsibilities
• Solve the technical problems of vehicles in the Thai market
• Travel to dealers to provide on-site service when necessary.
• Sort out maintenance cases, and provide technical training and explanation to Thai dealers regularly.
• Review the claim documents submitted by Thai dealers (business review)
• Thailand dealer tool management (standard development, equipment, regular inspection)
• Monitor the quality of market products, regularly summarize and form reports, early warning batch problems.
• Follow up the rectification of market quality problems.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Proficient in written and oral communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese communication skills are preferred).
• Work experience: automotive industry technical support work experience is preferred.
• Skill requirements: understand the knowledge of automotive three electricity.
• Can adapt to unexpected business trips.
• Positive and proactive learner.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
