The Senior After Sales Area position involves developing and implementing after-sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with dealerships to enhance customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive after-sales strategies for your assigned area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for parts, service contracts, and other after-sales products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and workshops in your area.
• Provide technical and business support to dealerships and workshops, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct training programs for dealership staff on new products, services, and technologies.
• Monitor and analyze after-sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on after-sales activities and results.
• Travel throughout your assigned area to visit dealerships and workshops.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in after-sales operations; experience in multiple after-sales roles would be an additional benefit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English is preferred; Chinese language skills are an added advantage.
• Strong communication, learning, teamwork, and logical reasoning skills. Full of passion for business development, eager to learn new things, and able to manage unforeseen situations effectively.
