Recruitment Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR team to understand their hiring needs and workforce planning for various departments within the organization.
• Reviewing the JDs of open positions to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date. Identify any gaps in the JDs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, while paying attention to the specific needs of the automotive industry.
• Screen and review candidates' resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Schedule and conduct in-person or online interviews with hiring managers and technical panels as needed.
• Evaluate candidates based on their skills and experience, ensuring that they align with the JD's outlined qualifications.
• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to the final hiring decision.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, considering the cyclical nature of the automotive industry.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems or other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
• Provide support to new hires during onboarding.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting the (OEM automotive industry is a plus)
• Familiarity with the Thailand OEM automotive market and its specific talent demands.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
