Recruitment specialist (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The Recruitment Specialist (Chinese Speaking) will play a crucial role in collaborating with the HR team to meet hiring needs, attract top talent, and manage the recruitment process effectively.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with our HR team to understand and meet the hiring needs across various departments.
• Regularly review and update job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate and reflective of current requirements.
• Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, with a focus on the automotive industry.
• Screen and review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with our company's culture and job requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to the final hiring decision, while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies effectively.
• Represent our company at job fairs and industry events, promoting our employer brand and attracting top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting in the Thailand OEM automotive industry.
• Familiarity with the Thailand OEM automotive market and its specific talent demands.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
