Purchasing Project Management Engineer
About this position
The Purchasing Project Management Engineer is responsible for formulating and implementing parts localization schemes, managing procurement project data, and ensuring the achievement of procurement targets throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Parts localization scheme formulate and implement.
• Responsible for the completion of the chief engineer in accordance with the development process, responsible for the deliverables, promote the deputy chief engineers to complete the targets, deliverables, and complete the KTM tasks.
• Responsible for completing the input and update of project data according to the requirements of procurement project management.
• Take the lead to promote the achievement of the procurement target of each node of the project and ensure the project node.
• Responsible for organizing the deputy chief engineers of procurement to determine the procurement work plan of each node of the project according to the vehicle develop process and project nodes and promote the completion of all work in accordance with the plan.
• Responsible for organizing the purchasing deputy chief engineers to determine the project parts inversion plan, promoting the completion of various works in accordance with the plan, and coordinating the change management of the plan.
• Responsible for organizing departmental review of each milestone node of the internal procurement project and output the review comments and reports of the purchasing department.
• Responsible for the process monitoring and risk management of procurement progress, quality and cost achievement in the project.
• Responsible for fixed pricing of parts (including target price), overall management of prototype vehicles, tooling and international procurement, to ensure that all procurement resources are in place on time.
• Responsible for regularly reporting and communicating with the project director on the completion of the procurement work plan and existing problems, docking, improving and enhancing the results of collaborative evaluation of departments.
• Responsible for the information coordination and sharing management of the three sections of cost, business and quality in the procurement center, especially the information of key sub-suppliers in the APQP file package (second-level, third-level or even fourth-level suppliers with unique technologies and processes);
• Responsible for the performance evaluation and incentive distribution of the purchasing deputy chief engineers and specialists.
Requirements
• More than 5 years working experience in the automobile industry.
• Familiar with localization certification process.
• Familiar with supplier management, supplier system construction and project management.
• Have strong language expression and team cooperation ability, strong sense of responsibility.
• Good English or above, Speaking Chinese is preferred.
