The Learning and Development Supervisor is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and implementing training programs, and managing the overall learning and development process within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers, aligning these needs with overall company business strategies and goals.
• Design, develop, and implement effective training and development programs that enhance employees skill and knowledge, addressing specific industry challenges.
• Customize training materials and methods using innovative approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and job functions.
• Manage and optimize the use of learning management systems to deliver and track employee training outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics and feedback to continually refine training strategies and improve ROI.
• Oversee the company’s training and development budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Design and develop learning & development process, tools and templates as required.
• Lead and manage learning & development projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs within automotive industry.
• Strong proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• More than 8 years working experience in human resources, more than 3 years working experience as Training role in large enterprises, automotive manufacturing working experience is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
