IT System Application Operations Specialist
About this position
The IT System Application Operations Specialist is responsible for the construction, management, and maintenance of IT application systems in the supply chain and production fields, ensuring effective operation and support.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the construction of IT application systems in the supply chain and production fields, such as production planning, manufacturing execution, component logistics, finished product logistics, etc., master the functions and application management of application systems.
• Participate in the management work during the construction process of IT application systems, assist project teams such as business, development, and testing in achieving milestone nodes.
• Participate in the inspection, recording, and tracking of tasks, progress, and deliverables during the construction of IT application systems, and support the coordination, tracking, and handling of issues and risk items.
• Responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of application systems, responding, identifying, classifying, processing, upgrading to problem-solving for problems that arise during operation, and supporting adaptability and expansion requirements during business operations.
• Support the translation and training of IT materials related to Thai during construction and operation and maintenance processes.
• Complete the work items related to application system operation and maintenance assigned by the leader.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in information technology or manufacturing logistics related majors, with priority given to those with relevant professional certifications.
• Familiar with the construction of application systems in the manufacturing business field, such as ERP, SCM, WMS, PMS, DMS, CALL Center, etc. Candidates with relevant work experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries are preferred.
• Proficient in using office software, with a preference for using application system development tools such as Python, Java, PL/SQL, etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate across departments and multiple fields are preferred.
• Good English speaking/reading/writing skills.
• IPMP certificate is preferred.
