About this position

As a Trendy Food Brand Hunter at Grab, you will help identify and acquire new and trending food and beverage brands, focusing on driving merchant acquisition strategies to support Grab's mission.

Responsibilities

• You will research and recognize promising F&B brands using social media and industry trends to inform acquisition strategies.
• You will implement merchant acquisition strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance Grab's market presence.
• You will develop sales plans to guide customer understanding and manage sales activities from lead generation to closing deals.
• You will ensure a comprehensive and smooth onboarding process for new merchants, Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing and support.
• You will achieve predefined targets by Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects Grab's value proposition and offerings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in sales is required.
• Proficiency in English is Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, Mandarin, are advantageous for engaging diverse merchant bases.
• Skills in communication, negotiation, and collaboration are crucial for building relationships and closing deals.
• Experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations is necessary for strategic market analysis and sales planning.
• Capability to quickly adapt and embrace changes within the fast-evolving F&B market landscape.
• A true enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry, with knowledge spanning from street vendors to high-end restaurants.
