Private Client Manager
About this position
CHANEL’s long term objective is to grow qualitatively, building the long-term value of the brand for customers of today and tomorrow. Private Client Manager activities play a key role in the building of this long-lasting relationship.
Responsibilities
• Implement private client strategy and local private client program roadmap to build strong relationship and qualitatively engage with private clients, with strong collaboration with Retail teams (Fashion & Watches Fine Jewelry), CEE (Client Engagement Executive), and in partnership with Global Private Client / Regional Private Client team.
• Develop a personal relationship with Top Private Clients and in depth understanding of overall Private Clients and Top clients on their lifestyle, preference, and sales performance.
• Define how to engage and convey the Brand to Private Clients together with Merchandising & Marketing covering all touchpoints (Buys, Events, Gifts, Communication).
• Work with Retail/Boutique Management to improve boutique service and Private Clients related operations (managing reservation, remote services).
• Recruit and develop local Private Client base and programs in partnership with Global / Regional team, other CHANEL markets and by developing local partnership (landlords, ..).
• Support WFJ development (Haute Horlogerie & Haute Joaillerie).
• Define yearly plan on private client mapping and journey (including event, activities, gifting, trips, client targeting, etc.).
• Identify Local opportunities through ongoing monitoring of market activities and creating local Private Client experiences relevant to the brands values.
• Communicate and engage all stakeholders on the plan (boutique, ..).
• Accompany clients as Brand Ambassador for Local Private Clients events as well International Trips for Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewelry.
• Partner with Boutique and CEE in their targeting approach & in the development of their knowledge of Private Clients.
• Support boutique in the development of their Private Clients relationship through coaching (ex: Etiquette/Dinner experience), event/trip ente.

• Strong experience in client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail and client engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Experience in organizing events and client experiences.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
