About this position

ตำแหน่ง QA Specialist (Flexible Packaging) ประจำโรงงานสินสาคร มีหน้าที่ในการตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ในอุตสาหกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์ยืดหยุ่น โดยทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายและบริการลูกค้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on regular inspection and test RM.
• Maintain details, records of inspection, test, and quality audit.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure product quality meets expectations.
• Address customer complaints and issues related to product quality.
• Identify areas for process improvements and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, industrial engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as QA/RD in Flexible Packaging Industry.
• Have knowledge of calibration method skill.
• Having experience in managing team would be an advantage.
• Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
