About this position

ตำแหน่ง Purchasing Manager (Flexible Packaging) ประจำโรงงานสินสาคร มีหน้าที่พัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในห่วงโซ่อุปทานและลดต้นทุน.

Responsibilities

• Developing and Implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost and enhance supply chain efficiency
• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suitable suppliers based on criteria like quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to ethical/sustainability standards
• Negotiating favorable contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, payment conditions, and mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals
• Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns and implementing inventory management strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 10 years of experience as purchasing and supply chain management in any manufacturing industry (Packaging Industry) or purchasing about flexible packaging
• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, strategies and best practices
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimization and negotiation techniques
• An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
