About this position

The Planning Manager at Sinsakhon Industrial Estate is responsible for overseeing production planning, process optimization, team management, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely raw material acquisition.
• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and production staff.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Address production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Major: Industrial Management or related field
• Typically 5-10 years of experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing or related field
• Experience in Manufacturing or Packaging Industry is a plus
• Have basic computer program skills such as Microsoft Excel (can use formulas such as SUMIFS, V-lookup, Pivot table), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point
• Have skills in using ready-made ERP programs and have an understanding of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system.
