About this position
Responsibilities
• Strategic decision support: Manage team to provide insights and analysis that support the company's strategic decision-making.
• Forecasting and trend analysis: Forecast and analyze business trends related to life insurance and provide recommendations.
• Evaluate potential risks: Identify problems before they occur and communicate proactively with stakeholders to find preventive measures in advance.
• Reporting and communication: Communicate key information to management and relevant teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in data analysis role.
• Advance knowledge in using data analysis tools, both statistical and information technology (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL).
