QA Specialist (Flexible Packaging) āļāļĢāļ°āļāļģāđāļĢāļāļāļēāļāļŠāļīāļāļŠāļēāļāļĢ
About this position
Responsibilities
âĒ Supervise on regular inspection and test RM.
âĒ Maintain details, records of inspection, test, and quality audit.
âĒ Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure product quality meets expectations.
âĒ Address customer complaints and issues related to product quality.
âĒ Identify areas for process improvements and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Requirements
âĒ Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, industrial engineering or related field.
âĒ 2-3 years of experience as QA/RD in Flexible Packaging Industry.
âĒ Have knowledge of calibration method skill.
âĒ Having experience in managing team would be an advantage.
âĒ Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
