About this position
Responsibilities
• Learn and Understand Food Production and Quality Control Processes: Gain hands-on experience to deeply understand the food production process, quality assurance, and food safety standards, ensuring products meet quality requirements.
• Support Operations and Supply Chain Management: Assist in managing inventory, production schedules, and supplier relationships, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and timely supply of raw materials and products.
• Analyze Market Demand and Supply Chain Data: Use data analysis to evaluate changes in market demand, optimize supply chain resource allocation, and improve the speed and accuracy of supply chain responses.
• Participate in Food Safety and Compliance Initiatives: Work with the team to ensure compliance with local food safety regulations, health standards, and company policies, safeguarding the company's brand safety.
• Enhance Leadership and Team Management Skills in a Food Production Environment: Improve management and leadership abilities by overseeing daily operations, leading teams, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring efficient and orderly production.
Requirements
• Bachelor graduates preferably in Food Science, Engineering, supply chain or related fields with an outstanding academic background.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command in English and Chinese would be an advantage.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
