About this position

R&D Specialist position requires developing prototype products according to customer requirements, knowledge of food laws, sourcing raw materials within acceptable specifications and costs, planning experiments to scale up from lab to production line, designing Stability Test experiments for developed products, and creating related product documents in line with food quality and safety systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Food Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience in developing beverage or food products
• Basic knowledge of food regulations, rules, and standards
• Understanding of food quality and safety systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO22000
• Skills in using scientific equipment and tools
• Knowledge in creating Shelf life of products
• Good interpersonal skills and communication coordination skills
