About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product launch plans, including market research, product concept development, formulation/design, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and quality standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and procurement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts between team members.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, competitive landscapes, and market trends.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions and track product performance.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product development and launch processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in FMCG product development and launch.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in [Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science]
• 1 – 2 years of experience in project management within the FMCG industry (e.g., food & beverage, personal care, consumer packaged goods)
• Proven experience in managing all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
