About this position

Position involves designing and planning product research and development processes, conducting experiments, analyzing product problems, selecting quality raw materials, and coordinating with relevant departments.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan product research and development processes in accordance with objectives and legal requirements
• Conduct experiments, research, and develop products based on customer requirements, summarize details of new products with relevant departments, and prepare production costs
• Analyze and solve product problems related to old production processes, and make improvements
• Select quality and standardized raw materials by testing them before using in products
• Study, gather, and analyze product shelf life data to determine shelf life
• Establish and prepare Standard Formula, Standard Flow Process, Standard Specification, and Standard RM/PM Specification for easy control and standardization
• Conduct testing/validation processes for products
• Coordinate with internal and external departments such as customers, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience
