Payroll Supervisor (B-Plus)
About this position
The Payroll Supervisor (B-Plus) is responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities
• Preparation of Employment Contracts, Amendment Contract and Certificate Letter
• Preparation of Payroll: checking and inputting data for payroll from a variety of spreadsheets (timesheets, expense)
• Preparation of Payroll: documenting for the revenue department (PND.1&PND.1kor) and the social security fund
• Liaise with Finance Department to support salary payment
• Employee’s record keeping and information updating
• To assist Cost controller
• Manage annual leave statistics
• Coordinate with the social security office or government sector
• Handle labor law for employee & employer
• Maintain and update databases in payroll software
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Payroll System experience (Business Plus would be a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Over 3 years experience in payroll management (Manufactory)
• Organizational skills, Good interpersonal skill and problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure and Negotiation skills
• Database and document management skills
• Knowledge of Country’s laws and regulations
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
