Key Account Executive/Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage sales and oversee assigned Modern Trade customers.
• Develop plans, supervise, and negotiate trade terms agreements (Trade Term Agreement) and trade-related expenses with customers.
• Visit stores to inspect in-store operations, such as product displays, price surveys, and company activities, including competitors' activities.
• Propose new products, promotional plans, and activities in various retail stores. Plan and execute strategies to enhance and improve shelf share, brand block, and secondary displays.
• Evaluate sales situations, forecast sales, and prepare sales forecasts. Develop and build strong relationships with customers.
• Communicate and collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Merchandise, and other relevant departments to plan and drive sales.
• Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the in-store operations of Merchandisers or PCs to ensure outstanding displays.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG business in the Modern Trade channel.
• Strong skills in sales, analysis, negotiation, and presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
