Human Resource Manager (Focus on Recruitment and all - English Communication)
About this position
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, collaborating with other HR departments, preparing job grades and salary structures, reviewing job descriptions, and supporting data for company structure.
Responsibilities
• Plan & Manage Recruitment Process ( Support Unit & Manufacturing )
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, HR Information Center and Payroll to improvement HR Process
• Assist for HR Management to prepare job grade, company salary structures including Compensation and Benefit
• Review Job Description, Organization charts and support data for Company Structure
• Gathering Salary survey to support Salary structure
• Performance Appraisal System
• Company Welfare, Rule and Regulations
• Implement HR data analysis and findings to support Business Strategic plan (Production & Corporate)
Requirements
• Bachelor or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
• 5 years or above experience of HRM in Manufacturing or FMCG
• 2 Years in manager level
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office application i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Can do Attitude
