Assistant Digital Marketing
About this position
The Assistant Digital Marketing position involves leading and managing all aspects of the eCommerce business for various brands, focusing on digital strategies and integrated marketing plans to enhance traffic and sales conversion.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the eCommerce business for all brands including:
• Collaborate with brand team and lead digital strategies to drive the social commerce platform success and lead the execution of integrated marketing plan in order to drive quality traffic and sales conversion
• Negotiate with platforms to gain best resources for the brand via analyzing and identify business challenges & maximize profit
• Work with brand team to develop channel strategy and promotion plan
• Coordinate with Call Center when issue related eCom functionality and Fulfilment partners arise
• Initiate new process planning & rollout. Oversee day-to-day operation
Requirements
• Overall 3-5 years of working experience in e-commerce; both e-commerce market place platform and social eCommerce platform.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display and Affiliate marketing
• Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
• English skill: good in reading and writing
• Open minded and energetic person
• Be able to provide alternative solution that more efficient
• Passion in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
