About this position

The Blending Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient production process, planning resource usage, ensuring quality control, and training department staff. They must also adhere to quality system requirements and other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production process to meet goals and specified production plans
• Plan resource usage effectively to increase production efficiency
• Have knowledge in Packing and Canning operations
• Check quality and accuracy of production, such as blending quantities according to plan
• Prepare relevant reports, such as raw material usage summaries
• Ensure department staff can use tools and equipment accurately
• Responsible for technical training and OJT planning for staff
• Report to superiors as necessary
• Follow quality system requirements such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, BRC, and food safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Age 25-35 years old
• Able to work night shifts
• Minimum 1 year experience in food production
• Able to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
• Diligent, honest, and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability preferred
• Experience in blending raw materials
