Solution Design Analyst (Vehicle Logistics)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Analyst and provide the solution support for Finished Vehicle Logistics solution, including technical solutions, contract budget Models, cost models and financial keys for up-coming business opportunities.
• Manages the overall coordination of the project management oriented work efforts and work streams, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within time, scope and resource requirements.
• Manages implementation of client solution including coordination with HR for recruitment of staff, managing the contract facility, making recommendations and implementing process improvements if required.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct post-mortem both operationally and commercially.
• Ensures that successful projects and best practices are effectively communicated across the company.
• Reviews FVL commercial pipeline to plan for future new business opportunities as part of the FVL commercial team.
• Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 1-2 years working experience in Solution Design, Logistics, Supply Chain and Implementation
• Understanding of transportation systems, warehousing systems, financial modelling, and integrated logistics
• Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management skills
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ambition to learn and grow knowledge of solutions design
• ‘Can-do’ mentality and positive attitude
