About this position

To provide analytical support to a variety of CL business line stakeholders, facilitating CL management decision making, operations improvement, and problem-solving as well as reporting processes. Responsible for accurate and timely provision of essential data and recommendations regarding KPI, productivity and financial information to managers.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyses KPI’s (and KPI failure), provides recommendations based on analysis and facilitates KPI tracking and improvement / implementation of corrective action through close collaboration with site managers
• Identifies opportunities and applies improvement methods (Process Analysis, Lean, Planning/Simulation and WMS/TMS) to a variety of processes and workflows (staff, equipment, capacity, productivity) in order to support cost-saving initiatives or operational efficiency improvement projects
• Supports site management to drive specific improvement projects by providing analytical support, information as well as recommendations
• Gathers and manipulates business data from a variety of sources and provides recommendations to business stakeholders for decision-making purposes in a timely and accurate manner
• Develops project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements and costs
• Provides detailed presentations to management as required to update on ongoing projects and initiatives
• Support operation and drive operation running well
• Operating under the quality management system (ISO) and occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS) and CEVA HSSE Standard and Distribution Quality Management (DQM) correctly.
• Responsible for product and service quality, implement. Distribution quality management (DQM) standard acts as customer contract for quality related matter
• Deliver other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, Management or related fields
• At least 1 year experienced in warehouse and logistics operations
• Prefer to have 3PL experience
• Awareness of the functionality of Warehousing Management Systems (WMS)
• Solid understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management
• Ability to ensure compliance to procedures and practices
• MS Office Program
• English proficiency
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation
• Team building and motivation skills
