Facility Assistant Manager
About this position
The Facility Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of various utility systems, ensuring their efficiency and reliability while coordinating with specialists for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Set and do Utilities system (Electrical, Lighting, Water, WWT and Fire protection) PM. Plan.
• Control, repair and PM to Electrical Power System Description, Load Break Switch, High volt switch gear, Transformer, Generator, MDB, DB, ATS, Load Center and related electrical.
• Control, repair and PM to Lighting control System, Emergency light, Exit Sign and Central Battery System, Lightning Protection and Grounding System.
• Control, repair and PM to Sanitary system, Rain draining system, Booster pump, Waste Water Treatment system, Submersible Sewage Pump, Pond system.
• Control, repair, consult and PM to air condition and ventilation system, VRF system, Big Fan, Common Mission Control Center (CMCC).
• Control, repair and PM to Fire Alarm System, Fire Protection system Description, BMS System, Fire Hose Cabinet, Pressure Reducing Valve.
• Coordinate to specialist to repair and maintain NOVEC 1230 System.
• Coordinate to specialist to repair and maintain CCTV equipment system.
• Repair and PM to gate barrier, turn style access control, Roller shutter doors, Dock leveller, Maximize Machine.
• Coordinate to specialist to repair building infrastructure.(damage case)
• Plan yearly utilities preventive maintenance budget for site.
• Support energy conservation activities from customer.
• Predicative maintenance to protect utilities breakdown and can plan to do yearly over haul PM.
• Follow up and monitor all utilities system. (Do inspection routine record) and summarize UT monthly report.
• Contact maker and vendor for spare part to support preventive utilities equipment or repair machine.
• Follow the work request in section and job assigned by head level.
