The Quality Assurance Operation position involves evaluating team operations to ensure quality standards are met and providing feedback for improvement.

• Doing calibration meeting
• Create report result evaluation
Requirements
• Experienced in Call Center (Call Center/ Collection/ QA) for 1 year
• Understand Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communication Skill
• Minimum Diploma 3
• Detail oriented
