About this position
Cermati is a financial technology startup in Indonesia focused on simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. The company seeks an Organizational Development Officer to enhance its organizational structure and employee performance management.
Responsibilities
• Create and update organization structure periodically
• Conduct Job Analysis, Job Description, and Job Evaluation
• Collaborate with superiors to formulate the company's soft and technical competency dictionary
• Handle employee performance management (planning, monitoring, and evaluation)
Requirements
• Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management
• 2 years of working experience as an Organization Development Officer (preferred over financing company)
• Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills
