Senior IT Data Analyst (Urgent)

Responsibilities
• IT and Digital Implementation
• Data Collection and Processing: Gather data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.
• Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Present data in a clear and understandable manner.
• Data Visualization: Use data visualization tools to create graphs, charts, and other visual representations of data to help stakeholders understand insights and trends.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant data support. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data systems.
• Data Management: Maintain and update databases and data systems as necessary. Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed.
• Problem Solving: Identify areas for improvement in data processes and systems. Propose and implement solutions to optimize data analysis workflows.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python).
o Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
o Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.

• Support production incidents together with developer and operation team.

• Key Stakeholders Management
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
• Senior Manager and Team Communication
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior manager and team.
• Weekly Report
• Creating weekly performance or requested reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, Business Computer, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience working in Data Analysis (Experience in Retail implementation is preferred)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
