Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Website, App & Marketplace Support: Drive weekly and monthly online promotions and marketplace communications by briefing graphic designers, creating engaging visuals, and coordinating promotional ads.
• Agency Collaboration: Partner with external agencies to submit ad copy, artwork for effective campaign execution.
• Content Management: Oversee weekly and monthly updates for banners on Web, App ensuring consistency across platforms.
• App Push Notifications: Design targeted push notifications and manage audience segmentation for app users.
• Project Testing: Participate in UAT testing for new projects, ensuring a seamless user experience and error-free launches.
• Weekly Insights & Optimization: Monitor keyword search trends, traffics, track ROAS weekly, and collaborate with agency for performance optimizations.
• Monthly Analysis & Summaries: Prepare monthly report & join regional team meeting as required.
• Internal Coordination: Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings, aligning efforts across departments.
• Documentation & Purchase Orders: Verify media schedules, manage documentation, and process POs as required.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital communications, eCommerce, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of content management systems and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and performance tracking.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
