About this position
Our Online Business Specialist for Marketplaces is responsible for executing key strategies to expand the reach and acquisition of new online customers to Watsons through the Watsons on Lazada platform and Express Marketplace. The place also strong support to the e-commerce manager for O+O Business development in building O+O sales part through meaningful and profitable expansion Own platforms.
Responsibilities
• Working with Trading and cross-functional teams to plan and execute EC sales development strategy to achieve KPI targets.
• Relationship management with vendors and set trading terms and joint business plans.
• Conducting promotional planning and execution of Online exclusive campaigns and events.
• Utilizing all digital assets including social, APP, websites to connect the total user journey and experience and driving KPIs.
• Working with Trading and e-commerce content teams in implementing and managing product assortments.
• Regularly generating insights and forecast sales from new products and promotions, market and online trends, platform behavior and E-store sales data.
• Conducting research and benchmarking for new digital business opportunities and projects.
• Artwork rechecking for condition and guidelines.
Requirements
• Graduated with bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or other related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in E-Commerce is required for this position.
