Assistant Marketing Communications Manager
About this position
The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing the full function of marketing planning and execution, managing both online and offline marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication through PR and CSR initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Process full function of marketing planning and executions, branding, advertising & communications (offline), media planning and executions, marketing activities and promotions
• Manage Online plus Offline marketing/communication plan and execution
• Assist and execute PR & CSR to ensure effective communication both external and internal
• Initiate and implement activities/promotions with partners
• Work with Regional team to implement the projects as assigned in timely manner
• Work closely with other departments to achieve company’s goals
• Manage marketing campaigns, analysis, and reports in timely manner
• Assist on department expenses and reports supervising
• Evaluating market, competitors, and activities with market research
• Result oriented and be able to go extra miles to achieve expected results
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields
• 4-5 years experiences in marking/retail field
• Strong analytic, planning, presentation, interpersonal and cross-function skills
• Well communicate in English in professional manner (Mandatory – writing, listening, speaking, and reading / minimum score of Toeic 600)
• Ability to work multitask and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized skill with highly sense of responsibility
• Creative, proactive, being a good team-player and can-do attitude
• Able to use MS Office and other programs (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
• Has experience in position will be advantage in consider (marketing in retail)
