Visual Merchandiser
About this position
The Visual Merchandiser will work closely with various teams to plan and implement visual merchandise in stores, ensuring alignment with company standards and trends.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with Merchandise and Store Operation teams on planning of visual merchandise at stores and its implementation in line with the Company standards.
• Provide support to the stores on visual merchandise guidelines.
• Work with Graphic Design team on POP planning to ensure that stores’ visual is attractive.
• Support the re-zoning of store layout and/or fixtures.
• Keep updated on the trend of store design, layout planning and fixtures.
• Regularly visit stores (as per a schedule) to examine a store display, give feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager, as well as the Store Operation team.
• Provide support to a training on basic visual merchandise/store display for Store Operation and relevant teams.
• Support an arrangement of training materials and/or visual merchandise manual.
• Work closely with Store Design, Merchandise and Store Operation teams on planning of new store layout, as well as product planning.
• Work with the team on the preparation of pattern map and product layout.
• Arrange a fixture order list as per timeline set.
• Provide support on sales floor preparation according to the schedule and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that sales floor is maintained as per Muji standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Art, Applied Art or any related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in visual merchandise, window/display design from retail or fashion industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills– demonstrated ability to communicate and work with staff and external stakeholders at all levels.
• A logical & systematic thinker.
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken.
