About this position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Executive Committee (ExCom). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling office administration, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Executive Committee.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
• Maintain records and databases for efficient document management.

Communication & Coordination:
• Serve as the key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Assist in meeting preparation and follow-ups.

Office Administration:
• Oversee office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

Documentation & Meeting Support:
• Maintain confidential files and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare meeting agendas and record accurate minutes for key meetings (limited to essential functions).

Customer Service:
• Ensure a high standard of customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
