About this position

The Salesforce Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to improve the sales skills and performance of the sales team. They work closely with the Asst Sales & Customer team to ensure all salesforce are well-equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs and materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
• Stay updated with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends to incorporate into training programs.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing salesforce.
• Utilize various training methods such as workshops, role-playing, simulations, and e-learning.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to salesforce as needed.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in sales skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales managers to determine specific training requirements for different teams or individuals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of salesforce team to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from trainees and Asst Sales & Customer to continuously improve training content and delivery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to salesforce to help them achieve their sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and progress.
• Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Direct experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar sales training role in retail, wholesale, Food Services business or FMCG will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
• Proficient in using training tools and technology, including e-learning platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learning styles.
• Have own car with driving licenses is preferable
