About this position

The Quality Assurance/Software Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality of IT systems, services, and software through defined processes and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform work based on QA defined process and provide a documented quality standard as guidelines for teams.
• Co-operate with Project Manager and member of project in testing and feedback test results.
• Assists in the evaluation, testing, and validation of IT systems, services and /or software.
• Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Develops or participates in the development of solutions to resolve problems.
• Provide documents for SIT, UAT and Migration.
• Perform testing an application follow by user requirement / specification and report test results / summaries issue.
• Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
• Training key user for UAT and transfer knowledge to application team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Software Tester.
• Have skill on SQL Statement.
• Able to deal and handle difficult situation and work under time constraints.
• Systematic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
• Able to communication in English will be advantage.
• POS project is a plus.
