About this position

The Project Manager (Construction) at Central Food Retail is responsible for overseeing the construction of new stores and renovations to ensure they meet timelines and budgets. They will also coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of new store and renovation of CFR to meet with the timeline and budget.
• Prepare master schedule for all tasks related to the construction of new store and renovation.
• Study store area and estimate all cost related to construction of new store and renovation.
• Verify BOQ of system, architecture and refrigerator system before the project kicks off.
• Control the construction and all systems to meet with the requirement and standard as well as check the quality of work before subcontractors hand over the project.
• Being a representative of CFR to coordinate between the landlord in terms of construction of new store and renovation and internal departments.
• Provide standard criteria of M&E, architecture and refrigerator system.
• Update with new equipment and material in an industry to improve the standard of CFR.
• Coordinate with Consultant Company for project management.
• Give consultation in terms of construction to comply with the standard of local regulations.
• Check As-built drawing of subcontractors for accuracy.
• Establish contractor evaluation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 8 Years construction management experience.
• CAD and Microsoft Project skills.
• Thai/ Fluent English.
• Experience in new store construction project is an advantage.
