About this position
The Product Designer (UX/UI) position at The1 Product involves crafting a world-class loyalty program and ensuring business growth through customer-centric design and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
• Lead your product designs across the customer lifecycle with multiple incremental launches. You paint the vision of the user experience and form the place for everyone to collaborate.
• Apply your creativity with our loyalty program for tens of millions of shoppers.
• Be independent, taking full ownership of your work and total accountability from paper sketches to high-fidelity UXUI.
• Define the problems you need to solve and the target personas you are solving for.
• Rapidly produce many sketches/prototypes, know where to explore deeper and when to try new paths. You know that perfection will not take you there.
• Acquire the existing customer insights, know your challenges, consider business needs, and company priorities to build data-driven solutions.
• Adapt design approaches in responses to evolving customers and market trends, and stakeholder feedbacks.
• Work with small cross-functional teams consist of product owners, engineers, commercial managers, data insights, and others.
Requirements
• You have a consistent record of consumer-focus designs with digital products, especially mobile applications.
• You are good at looking from your stakeholders’ points of view in your work.
• You have a real-world, human centric mentality and want to create products that are meaningful.
• You can apply UXUI design principles to create a holistic and consistent experience.
• You can explain the structure and rationale behind your concepts and designs.
• You are dynamic and open-minded at bringing people together to ideate, explore, and deep dive in order to bring concepts to life.
• You have core strengths in visual design, you are obsessed with the details to create high-quality designs.
• You are not afraid to be creative with complex and abstract problems.
• You embrace constructive criticism as an integral part to continuous improvement for both design outcomes and personal growth.
• You are proficient with design softwares such as figma, adobe creative cloud, protopie, useberry, etc.
