Online Marketing Performance Associate
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in the implementation of digital performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, LINE, and others.
• Monitor and report on key campaign performance metrics, such as CTRs, conversions, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations to the manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
• Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across various digital platforms under the guidance of the Online Marketing Performance Manager.
• Conduct basic competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform audience segmentation and targeting using analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Provide administrative support for campaign management, including tracking budgets, updating reports, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team.
• Coordinate with the analytics team to collect data for performance reports and insights.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Competent in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
