About this position

The OD & Talent Manager is responsible for designing and executing talent development initiatives to meet business needs, managing talent profiles, and collaborating with various departments to enhance talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute talent development initiatives to meet our business's talent needs.
• Identify, monitor, and follow-up on talent reviews and career destinations to ensure our talent pools meet our growing business needs.
• Update and manage talent profiles, proposing updates to the management team as needed.
• Drive internal growth processes and development programs for talent pools to facilitate career promotions.
• Map qualifications of talent pools to internal vacancies to ensure capability alignment and readiness for promotion.
• Conduct exit interviews with talent to analyze factors and reasons for leaving the company.
• Collaborate with various departments on talent management and development, career development, and sharing best practices for talent development initiatives across the company.
• Build and improve our Business Unit (BU) talent management processes, specifically enhancing talent capabilities.
• Ensure talent development programs, such as job rotation and job enlargement, enhance human capability and align with business requirements and plans.
• Manage assessment tools to measure capability, potential, and readiness for further development and career growth.
• Monitor and follow-up on Individual Career Development Plans (ICDPs) to report monthly progress, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
• Conduct critical capability assessments for functional/business units to identify gaps and introduce interventions to bridge those gaps.
• Work closely with Line Managers to implement human resources strategies that support business unit needs and growth, ensuring departmental operations align with overall HR strategies.
• Handle other special assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 7-10 years of working experience in human resource development or related fields.
• Positive and can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, result-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate with other functions, work well under pressure, self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to professional standards and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
