O2O Service Design - Assistant Manager (Urgently Required)
About this position
The O2O Service Design Assistant Manager will be responsible for implementing and improving the operation process of O2O, planning equipment in O2O working areas, tracking performance, and supporting the store team.
Responsibilities
• Design process for working picking & delivery.
• Implement and improvement the operation process of O2O.
• Support operation store team.
• Communication information to store
• Design and planning the equipment in O2O working area at store expansion.
• Follow and tracking equipment in O2O store expansions
• Day – Day operation monitoring tracking.
• Data analysis to support making decision, monitoring KPIs (Sales, Order, OTIF, Ontime, Infull) and tackle issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain and Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 4-6 years experienced in related filed; Logistics Solution Design, Logistics Analyst, Logistics Engineering, Business Development.
• Experience in solution design and implementation in E-Commerce retailer company is a plus.
• Experience in WMS & TMS Solution design.
• Capable in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good Analytical skill, problem solving skill, and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated and result oriented with good inter-personal skill.
• Able to handle pressure and work under time constraints
