About this position

The Merchandiser - Luxury Fashion is responsible for effective buying and merchandising, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining supplier relationships while supporting the product manager.

Responsibilities

• Participate in negotiation with suppliers in buying products under responsibility to create effective buying and merchandising within the approved budget and profitability achievement.
• Follow up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery along with communicate status of orders with internal customers and support product manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers in the field of documents related to organization policies and rules to support effective buying and merchandising and maintain relationships.
• Participate in making reports to summarize overall buying and merchandising to propose to the supervisor.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Buying, Purchasing and Merchandising (import fashion) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills are required.
• Service-minded and work well under pressure.
