About this position

The Head of Operations is responsible for setting strategic directions for the department, focusing on customer experience, growth, and profitability, while driving financial goals and improving operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic operations directions for the department that optimize for long-term success, focusing on customer experience, growth, and profitability
• Drive for driving financial goals and objectives and increase operating performance including budget management and business plan development
• Enable continuous store operations procedure improvement in order to ensure smooth store operational process and effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in order to drive business growth
• Ensure all store operation activities complies to all policies and procedures and reinforce execution of key company policies and standards
• Participate with related departments to develop a checklist for GM and District Operations to align store operation policies in all stores
• Identify and diagnose most important ongoing operational gaps in underperforming stores and develop formal action plans to resolve gaps
• Participate with Operations team to develop store operation improvement strategic plans
• Achieve sales plans and targets by identifying opportunities for operational enhancements in all stores to drive growth and sales
• Enable store development and manage sourcing to ensure effective vendor management & development to ensure cost, quality and delivery time metrics as defined by the company are met

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in business administration, finance, marketing or related fields
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in store operations management
• Minimum of 5-7 years of Team management
