About this position

The Head of IT is responsible for setting up and developing plans, strategies, and policies related to IT solutions and applications, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and managing the departmental budget effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and develop plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about IT solution and application, including annual budget and operating cost to align with organization’s policies and objectives
• Administer budget and operating cost within the department to support the operations effectively
• Maintain overall supervision of IT solution and application activities effectively
• Participate in the establishment of long-range objectives for departmental programs to ensure efficient performance
• Understand rules and policies about IT solution and application to be able to provide advice to employees
• Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience in related field and 5 - 7 years of team management
• Understand software and application development and management
• Have skill in management
• Have good computer skills especially in specific programs
• Have Thai and English communication skills
• Be able to coordinate
• Be creative
