About this position

The Financial Business Partner Division Manager is responsible for monitoring financial performance, establishing KPIs, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance and progress toward goals, incorporating benchmarks and targets from Headquarters.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement, reporting any significant findings or concerns to Headquarters.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making, while also serving as a liaison and point of contact for financial matters with Headquarters.
• Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a business partnering role.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Possess business acumen and a solid understanding of strategic planning processes.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
