Digital Marketing Manager – SIWILAI

Responsibilities
• Online/Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement online marketing strategies, plans, and creative ideas to achieve brand objectives & KPIs, including always-on content.
• Social Media Management: Oversee SIWILAI’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, website), from campaign setup to asset creation and caption writing (in English and Thai), while monitoring performance.
• Creative Development: Deliver digital creative ideas, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual presentation in line with brand guidelines, collaborating with designers and other teams.
• E-Commerce Management: Lead e-commerce strategy, coordinating with buyer, operations, and agency teams to set up and optimize the website.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the brand’s headquarters, online agencies, and backend operations to optimize campaign performance for sales, conversion, online awareness, and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with PR, influencer, and communication teams to maximize campaign impact and drive cohesive marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to optimize maximum ROI.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering growth and professional development.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online brand management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or creative industries.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing channels, social media platforms, and e-commerce strategies; familiarity with PR and influencer collaboration is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with a background in performance tracking and reporting.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Creative, results-driven mindset with a skill for generating innovative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• A deep understanding of urban culture, street fashion, and lifestyle trends; a strong sense of taste and alignment with SIWILAI’s positioning and target audience is a plus.
